About

Minority-Owned and Operated Small Business

For those of you who care about this sort of thing, we are a minority and woman-owned and operated business. Supporting minority-owned businesses generally means you are helping those who have less power in the world to depend less on those who have more, and to be autonomous from those people/structures. We appreciate our independence and the ability to chart our own course in the world. We will work extra hard for you because we value your business and how it supports us and our community. If we’re not getting something right, we want to know so we can gain and maintain your trust. Plus, VIRGO.

Kristi Erlich

Systems Virgo/CFO

971.277.1003 ext. 10

Kristi comes to her work with over fifteen years experience slaying bureaucracy in health care like it’s her superpower, including running a busy mental health clinic in NE Portland that serves marginalized communities. While she is (just) a Scorpio, she has strong Virgo influences, the magical chemistry of which she thanks for the ability to recognize the potential and power of a partnership with other Virgos (including posers).

In her free time, Kristi enjoys bossing around her plants, solving problems, visiting with friends, making art, stirring her cauldron, nerding out on nature with her field guides, and figuring out how to extend the life of her BFF and main source of oxytocin, Mena, the yellow lab.

Liz Gale

Operations Virgo/Billing Specialist

971.277.1003 ext. 11

Liz brings her heroic eye for systems and detail to her work. Alongside a deep work-ethic and an artist’s creativity, she has critical thinking skills that make her a mogul-in-the-making. Liz tried really hard to be a Virgo, but was a couple of months late. That hasn’t stopped her from making up for it in other ways.

Besides being a farmgirl of epic proportions, she hand-makes just about everything under the sun, from soap to dĂ©cor to food. In true redheaded Virgo-like fashion, she also sings, writes fiction, upcycles furniture, and could whip up someone’s amazing wedding in three minutes flat. She makes the rest of us look bad.
